Then from $79/month. Care included.
- A working preview in a few days
- Decide after you’ve seen your site
- Unlimited everyday updates after launch
- Your own people to ask for help
A fresh site, designed around your business by real people. Standard business sites are free to build — you see the real thing before you decide. Love it? Care starts at $79/month. Hosting, unlimited everyday updates, and real people included.
Some things we've built. One of them is a company Todd has run for almost 20 years.

A real redesign, no retouching. This is the kind of jump we're talking about.
It has your name on it. It's been doing its job for years. Nobody needs to tell you your business is broken. But you've probably learned to live with a few things:
You'd happily have a better website. You just don't want another project. That's the part we take off your plate.
A bigger site, a blog, booking tools, or an idea that doesn’t fit neatly in a box. Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll work out the right setup together.
I started building websites to put myself through college. Real businesses needed to get online, and I liked making something useful for them.
Then came five years of agency work, building around 100 websites for small businesses. Different owners, different industries, different ideas of what a website should do. That’s where I learned to make the work fit the business.
At HubSpot, I helped build some of the early CMS templates businesses used to make their own sites. In 2008 I founded BuySellAds, and I’ve spent almost 20 years since helping marketers get people’s attention — and helping those people take the next step.
Somewhere along the way, a good website turned into a luxury. Quotes in the tens of thousands. Six-week discovery phases. A project manager between you and the person doing the work. That's ridiculous.
Good design should be within reach of the people running the shop, answering the phone, and doing the work. You shouldn't need an agency budget — or a technical vocabulary — to get a site you like.
You deserve a website you're proud to share. And people who stick around after it launches.
That's what Your Website People is. A small team, a straightforward price, one less thing to worry about.
— Todd
Todd leads every project. A small, steady crew handles the build and the day-to-day — the same people, every time. Nothing gets outsourced to strangers.
Leads every project. Decides what your site needs and what it doesn't.
Turns the design into a fast, secure site and keeps it running.
Photos, colors, words — makes it look and sound like your business.
The person who answers your text and gets the little things taken care of.
$0 to build
Then from $79/month. Care included.
A separately priced project.
Your tools. Your time.
For a standard site, once we have what we need. We’ll agree on timing for anything more involved.
Take a look. Send us your thoughts. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Hi Alex,
We’ve put together a fresh site for your business. Here’s your private preview, along with a few notes on what we changed.
Have a look around. Tell us what feels right and what you’d like to change. We’ll take it from there.
— Your Website People
The things a good business website needs. Built thoughtfully, checked by people, and looked after.
Have articles to share? Add the blog and publishing setup for $20/month. You write. We publish. As often as you like.
A great business website, with unlimited everyday updates. Add a blog when you have more to share.
The everyday essentials
For a business that needs a great website and someone to look after it.
For a site with more to say
A blog built into your site. You write the articles; we take care of getting them online.
A bigger website? You’re in the right place.
Larger marketing sites, booking tools, integrations, or an application of your own. Tell us what you need. We’ll agree on the right build and ongoing care together.
Standard websites typically have 5–8 core pages; we agree on what yours needs. Both plans include unlimited everyday updates. The blog plan adds the publishing system, with no monthly article limit or per-post fee. New functionality and third-party subscriptions are separate.
Starts at launch. Cancel anytime. Your domain and site stay yours.
No preview fee, no kill fee, no “but we spent time on it.” And after launch, if you ever cancel, you leave with your domain and a copy of your site.
Partly, yes. And we're happy to tell you why.
We've spent months refining a process that helps us build great websites more efficiently. AI helps with parts of the build. We make the design decisions, check the details, and take responsibility for what goes online.
That's how we can offer standard website builds for free, with ongoing care from $79/month. You get the benefit of the time saved.
The tools help us work faster. You still have website people.

On managed hosting that we set up and look after. Hosting is included in your monthly plan, so you don’t need to shop for a host or maintain a server. If your project needs a more involved setup, we’ll agree on it with you first.
Every site includes HTTPS and certificate renewals. We maintain the software and services used by your site and check changes before they go live. Features such as accounts or payments need additional security work, which we scope with you as part of that project.
Yes. We keep recoverable versions of your website and back up the content store used by your blog, so there’s a way back if a change goes wrong. We’ll explain the recovery setup for your site before launch.
You do. Your domain stays registered in your name. Your business content, published articles, and supplied images remain yours. If you leave, we provide a copy of the site and an export of your blog content, with a handoff explaining any services it depends on. Third-party tools keep their own licensing terms.
We’d provide your site files, blog content, and a handoff so another provider can take over. Your domain remains in your control. For connected services or a custom application, we document the accounts and setup needed to keep it running.
The fundamentals are included: useful page titles and descriptions, clear headings, readable page addresses, image descriptions, a sitemap, and a site that works on phones. We use relevant business information where it fits and check the result. Ongoing search campaigns and content strategy are separate work we can discuss.
We can’t promise a position in search results. Competition, your content, your reputation, and search engines all play a part. We build a clear, usable site with the fundamentals in place, and explain what else may help your business.
Yes. We can connect a simple analytics tool so you can see visits and where people come from. We’ll agree on the tool and any subscription cost before setting it up, then show you where to find the useful numbers.
We can link your site and review page and help you check that your contact details match. You keep ownership of the profile. Any changes inside Google need the appropriate account access; we’ll walk you through that if you’d like help.
We design around your business: what you do, who you serve, and the next step you want visitors to take. Your brand, words, images, and layout should feel like you. You see the working preview before deciding to launch.
Send what you have. We can tidy up existing assets, suggest suitable licensed stock images, and tell you which photos would help most. We’ll agree on any paid assets first. A full new brand identity or professional photography is a separate project.
We help draft your core website pages using the information and material you give us. You review the business facts and the tone before launch. For blog articles, you supply the finished copy and images; we handle formatting and publishing. Article research, writing, and substantial editing aren’t part of the blog plan.
A standard business site typically needs five to eight core pages, but eight isn’t a hard ceiling. We agree on the pages and layouts your business needs before building. Larger sites are welcome; any additional build cost is agreed up front. Blog articles don’t count as core pages.
No. Send us changes by text or email, or talk them through with us. We make the updates. On the blog plan, send your finished articles and we handle importing and publishing them. If you’d like a workflow your own team can use directly, we can plan that with you.
The extra $20/month covers the additional blog and publishing system: article layouts, import tools, and the software behind getting posts onto your site. It also includes looking after that setup. It isn’t a charge for each article — you can publish as many client-written articles as you like.
That’s right. The $99 plan includes unlimited client-written articles, with no per-post fee, word-count allowance, or monthly quota. Send us ready-to-publish copy and images. We’ll format them in your blog’s design and agree on the publishing schedule with you. A large batch may take time to process, but it doesn’t trigger a higher price because of the article count.
You provide finished copy, images you have permission to use, and any preferred publishing dates. We agree on a simple handoff method, import the material, check the formatting and links, and publish it for you. You won’t need to learn a CMS.
Yes. Importing articles is part of the blog setup. We review your existing format, images, dates, links, and redirects before moving them. If your source needs custom migration software, we explain that work and agree on any extra cost first. The number of articles alone doesn’t create a per-post charge.
Absolutely. Start at $79/month and add the blog when you’re ready. We’ll set up the publishing system and agree on when the $99 monthly plan begins. If you later want to remove the blog setup, we’ll discuss what to keep or export before making any change.
The agreed design and build on our standard website plans are free. You get a working preview before deciding. Monthly care starts when your approved site launches: $79, or $99 with the blog and publishing system. For a custom site or application, we agree on any build fees before work starts.
For a standard site, expect a working preview in a few days once we have your business information and the material we need. We’ll send a private link and a short written note about the next steps. Bigger projects have an agreed timeline. You review the site and approve it before anything goes live.
Your current website, if you have one, a little about your business, and what you’d like to change. Send your logo, photos, service details, and contact information if they’re handy. We’ll ask for anything else we need. We arrange any account access with you when it’s needed.
Yes. Both plans include unlimited everyday content updates: hours, prices, photos, team details, text, links, and other changes within your site’s existing design. There’s no monthly request count or time allowance. Send changes whenever you need them. New layouts, redesigns, integrations, and software features are different work; we agree on any extra cost before starting.
We reply within one business day and confirm when your request will be ready. Straightforward edits are usually completed within one or two business days once we have what we need. For several changes or a batch of articles, we agree on priorities and timing with you. We’ll keep you informed as the work moves along.
Domain registration, business email, paid images you approve, and paid third-party tools such as a booking service are separate from our plans. So are newly scoped layouts, redesigns, integrations, and application features. We agree on those costs first. Everyday updates and publishing client-written articles on the blog plan don’t carry extra usage fees.
Yes — bring it to us. We’ll look at your marketing pages, content, integrations, and what the site needs to do. A larger marketing site may need a tailored build. Customer accounts, payments, dashboards, and application workflows have their own engineering and support scope. We’ll work out the right approach together before quoting.
Tell us what isn’t working and we’ll talk it through. On our standard website plans, if you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing for the preview. For custom work, any paid discovery, build stages, and cancellation terms are agreed before we start.
We plan the switch with you, preserve the important existing page addresses or add redirects, and check forms and contact links. We review your domain and email settings before changing anything, so a website move doesn’t accidentally change where your email goes. We’ll tell you what to expect before launch.
Cancel anytime by email. You keep your domain and get your site files, published articles, supplied images, and a content export with handoff notes. We’ll agree on the hosting handover date and explain which connected services need to be transferred or set up elsewhere. Any custom application terms are agreed with its project scope.
Yes. Tell us about your business and what you want people to do when they visit your site. We’ll help shape the pages, draft the core copy, and take it from there.
Tell us a little about your business. We'll review it with you, agree on what the site needs, and build your preview. No brief. No pitch.
P.S. You don't need a terrible website to want a better one. If you've been thinking “we should really do something about the site,” this is an easy place to start.
